Many rugs are designed as free flowing contemporary designs.  Some are woven on my 3 end block Shaft Switching loom and others on the 4 end Shaft Switching loom. Both allow me to virtually create a picture in representation.  I may draw the picture out first and endeavor to follow it or otherwise I just go with the flow and see what happens.

This is lots of fun.
